I spoke with someone on Monday and they said that they hadn't shipped yet. They said that they would try to expedite the shipping, but I still haven't received notification that they've shipped. They said that if you don't get your tickets the day before the show, that they can reprint them at the venue, but you will need to call them the day before so that they will have a list of the names of the people who didn't get their tickets. The phone number is 1-877-463-2875. It is ridiculous that it is this hard to get the damn tickets!!!

I was getting kind of nervous too. I just called customer support and the tickets should ship today or tomorrow. They said that once they ship, you should receive an email with the tracking information.
